Fantastic, charming, unbeatable. There are a few moments in life when you say to yourself: I'm here and now and I'm fine. The Danes call such moments hygge, we call it absolute comfort in Czech. We visited the cottage in the romantic Mariánská hora during the February holidays and were greeted by fluffy freshly fallen snow. The ski slope is 7 minutes by car, you can walk if you get tired of downhill, the adjacent hills welcome you to sled or cross-country skiing. The accommodation itself has no flaws, the hosts are complete gods and we consider the week spent at the Three Roe Deer to be the most beautiful winter holiday we have had as a family so far. Thank you very much!

What a wonderful discovery, what a special place! The apartment is very cozy, and attention to detail was clearly there. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The chalet is situated in a beautiful setting, surrounded by an open meadow and a forest. I really enjoyed the skiing. I also used the sauna, with music and aromas; it's small but wonderful. Definitely recommended; it must be beautiful in the summer as well. The owners are pleasant and very accommodating in every way.

We spent a lovely weekend in this holiday apartment and had a great stay. The apartment is newly built and finished to a very high standard. The beds were excellent and we slept very well. Our children especially enjoyed the sleeping loft upstairs, which gave them their own cozy space. The kitchen is small but very well planned and fully equipped, with everything fitting into the space. The living area is also compact but perfectly sufficient, offering a large table and a couch to relax on. We stayed in the upper floor of the house, while the owners lived on the lower floor. There is only a shared entrance, which was not an issue at all. The hosts were very friendly and communication before our arrival was quick and super helpful. We visited for a ski weekend, and for us the drive was around three hours, making it a convenient destination for downhill skiing. The ski slopes are easy to reach. In winter, a four-wheel-drive car and/or snow chains are recommended, as the road is sometimes steep and not really cleared. The house is also surrounded by many cross-country ski trails, which look very appealing and are something we would like to try on our next visit. Overall, we had a lovely weekend and would be happy to return.

A new log cabin in the spirit of Czech fairy tales, supplemented with all the services expected today. It provides the desired relaxation and resting comfort. You don't have to drive far for a weekend reset. They are definitely not bored during a week's or longer stay! The idyllic Mariánská Hora offers a clean environment for active relaxation and the cottage offers facilities from where you set off or just snuggle up and warm up in the sauna. Very nice and helpful owners. The advantage of accommodation - a pleasant place with positive energy, cleanliness and taste.
